***We are clearing out this filament at a low price because it came from the factory wet.  If you have a dehydrator or filament dryer than a little bit of drying time can turn this into a decent filament.  Without drying it, it is difficult to dial in the stringing and oozing.  For printing basic models it prints great, but it will leave some cleanup if you try to print models with lots of retractions and travel moves.  The normal shipping rates and bulk discounts are still available for this filament.

Sandoz 3D Low Cost PLA
is a great material for testing prints and prototyping, for making useful prints and knick-knacks for around the house  There are 16 vibrant colors and features neat winding so you don't have to worry about tangles or failed prints due to poor winding.

Sandoz 3D Low Cost PLA is best used on larger models, and models that feature mostly perimeters and infill.  If you are looking to print small items, miniatures, many items on the build plate at one time, or models that feature a lot of retractions and travel moves, then we recommend using something like Sandoz 3D PLA+.

**Personal Experience from Sandoz: In my personal experience printing this material I have had used around 190-205°C and Bed around 45-50°C

Diameter:1.75 mm ± 0.03 mm
Print Temperature: 175 - 210°C (Each color has a specific range printed on the box)
Hot Bed Temperature: 50-60°C
Print Speed: 50 - 110mm/s
Spool Net Weight: 1 kg

Please remember that print temperatures and speeds are a guideline and exact settings will be different for every machine.  We recommend that you print a temperature tower and stringing tests to find the best settings for you.

(Watch Teaching Techs video for the easiest way to calibrate your machine and set it up for success with different filaments)

Spool comes vacuum-sealed in a bag with desiccant

PLA stands for Polylactic Acid. Made from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugar cane, it’s a natural polymer designed to substitute widely used petroleum-based plastics.

-PLA is bio-based and biodegradable.
-PLA is a thermoplastic, meaning that it can be melted and reshaped without       significantly degrading its mechanical properties.
-It is derived from renewable resources
-PLA plastic is recognized as safe by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Additionally, it is safe for all food packaging applications.
